1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering, downloading, or using the **Wikza** platform, client application, or administrator panel, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must cease using all platform services immediately.
2. User Accounts & Verification
Sellers must complete verification checkmarks to host live streaming bidding sessions and sell items on classified listing maps. You are solely responsible for maintaining the privacy of your credentials and all activities occurring under your profile.
3. Live Streaming and Auctions Rules
When participating in live auctions and commerce streams:
- Bids submitted represent binding purchase commitments.
- Hosts are required to accurately showcase items during video reels and live broadcasts.
- Fraudulent bidding behavior or catalog listing duplication will result in immediate profile suspension.
4. Purchases and Fees
Transactions are processed through encrypted vendor channels. Platform commission rates on items sold are automatically detailed inside the administrator back-office. All sales completed via stream checkout are subject to the host merchant's return guidelines.
